Terms of use
The conditions for reading and interacting with Nymera.
1. Agreement
By using Nymera, you agree to these terms and to use the publication lawfully. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. The terms apply to pages, links, forms, and editorial material made available during 2026. The agreement is formed by your continued use of the site, so no registration or signature is needed to read public pages. If you use the contact form, these terms apply to that submission in addition to the privacy policy. Where a specific page carries its own notice, for example on a downloadable resource, that notice applies to the resource as well. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept the terms for it. Nothing in the terms is intended to reduce rights you hold under Indonesian consumer or data protection law.
2. Editorial purpose
Nymera provides general information about sport physiology, cardio endurance, functional preparation, recovery, and related subjects. Content is written for education and discussion, not diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or emergency response. Individual circumstances can change the meaning of any general statement. Examples of general statements include a description of how aerobic capacity changes with age, an outline of how a strength session can be structured, or a summary of a published study. An article does not take account of your medical history, medications, equipment, coaching, or environment. Reading it does not create a clinician-patient, coach-client, or any other professional relationship with Nymera or its contributors. If you apply an idea from an article, you do so on your own judgment and, where appropriate, after speaking with a qualified professional. Contributors may express informed opinions, and these are identified as such rather than presented as settled fact.
3. Health boundaries
Do not use an article to delay care, change medication, or begin demanding exercise when you have symptoms or a known condition requiring advice. Seek a qualified clinician for personal assessment. Call local emergency services for urgent symptoms rather than contacting the editorial desk. Symptoms that call for personal advice before exercise include chest pressure, unexplained breathlessness, dizziness, palpitations, and recent injury or surgery; this list is illustrative, not complete. A man who has not exercised for several years, who takes regular medication, or who has a family history of heart conditions may reasonably want an assessment first. The assessment.php page offers a general self-reflection guide only and does not clear anyone for activity. If you are unsure whether a topic applies to you, treat the question as a prompt for a conversation with a clinician. In Indonesia, 112 is the general emergency number and 119 is used for ambulance services, and local hospitals can be contacted directly.
4. Reader conduct
Readers must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or submit private health information about someone else. We may block abusive traffic and preserve relevant security records for up to 90 days. This does not limit lawful criticism or good-faith correction requests. Examples of misuse include (a) sending automated or repeated messages through the form, (b) probing the site for vulnerabilities without written permission, (c) uploading or linking to harmful files, and (d) using the contact channel to harass staff or contributors. We may respond by limiting access from an address, removing a submission, or reporting serious conduct to the relevant authorities. Records preserved for security are limited to what is needed to understand the event and are deleted or aggregated after the stated period unless a legal matter requires longer. Disagreement with an article is not misuse; critical comments sent in good faith will be read and answered.
5. Intellectual property
Nymera text, design, marks, and original illustrations belong to Nymera or its licensors. You may read and share a link with accurate attribution. Copying a full article, database, or layout for commercial publication requires written permission from the desk. Short quotations for commentary, criticism, or education are welcome where the source is named and the quotation is proportionate. You may not remove attribution, imply endorsement by Nymera, or present our material as your own. Photographs and illustrations may be owned by third parties who license them to us, and separate rights can apply. To request permission, write to the desk with the material, the intended use, and the audience, and we will usually respond within 14 days. Names and marks of other organisations that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party links
Articles may link to external research, organizations, or services. Nymera does not control those websites, their availability, their privacy practices, or their claims. A link is provided for context and does not constitute endorsement. Examples include links to government health guidance, university research pages, professional associations, and journals. Before relying on external material, check its publication date, authorship, and whether it applies to your circumstances. If a link no longer works or leads somewhere unexpected, tell the desk through contact.php and we will review it, usually within seven days. Nymera is not a party to any agreement you make with another site, and your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.
7. Contact submissions
You grant Nymera permission to use the information necessary to answer your message and investigate the issue described. We do not publish a private message without permission. Keep copies of important material because online forms are not a permanent archive. The permission is limited to the purposes of reading, answering, investigating, and keeping a proportionate record, as explained in privacy.php. For instance, if you report an error in an article, we may share the relevant passage with the reviewer without sharing your identity unless it is needed. We may use a general question in anonymised form to improve an article, but never in a way that reveals who asked. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you should not send material you do not have the right to share. You can ask us to remove a message in line with the retention periods in the privacy policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but pages may change, move, or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We do not guarantee that every article is complete, current, or suitable for every purpose. The publication date and revision date are the best guide to currency. Typical causes of interruption include hosting maintenance, software updates, network faults, and changes in third-party services. We try to schedule planned work for quiet hours in Western Indonesian Time (WIB) and to restore access without delay. Archived pages and older articles may reflect knowledge at the time of writing, so check the dates displayed with the content. Where an article is withdrawn, we note the change on the site map or the article page where it is practical to do so. We may update, rename, or remove content without prior notice, although significant changes to these terms are dated here.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Nymera is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general editorial information, external sites, or interrupted access. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Professional advice remains the appropriate route for personal decisions. This includes indirect or consequential loss, such as lost time or lost opportunity, arising from using or being unable to use the site. For example, if an external website cited in an article changes its content, Nymera is not responsible for the change. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for deliberate wrongdoing, or any right a consumer holds under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe you have suffered harm as a result of something on the site, please write to the desk so we can look into it. We encourage a calm and documented exchange before any formal step.
10. Governing law and revisions
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Indonesia, with disputes first raised through the contact process on contact.php. We may revise the terms to reflect changes in the publication or law. The current version was published 5 October 2026, and material changes will be dated on this page. Disputes are first raised in writing through contact.php or by telephone at +62 878 9652 1437, and we aim to acknowledge them within seven days and respond substantively within 30 days. If a dispute remains unresolved after that, the parties may seek resolution through the courts or an alternative mechanism available in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. Change log: 5 October 2026 - clarified conduct, liability, contact, and dispute steps and added examples; 12 January 2026 - first publication of the terms for 2026. Where a revision materially affects your rights, we will place a dated notice at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use after the notice indicates acceptance of the revised terms, but you may stop using the site at any time.
