Food and fuel

Eat for the week you actually have.

Nutrition is daily infrastructure: familiar foods, enough fluid, and a rhythm that supports the work.

Context before calculation

Training nutrition does not need to begin with a perfect spreadsheet. Regular meals, a varied plate, adequate fluid, and attention to appetite are often the more useful first observations. Work schedules and Indonesian food traditions can be part of the solution rather than obstacles to it.

Before changing a diet substantially, consider medical history and speak with a registered professional when symptoms, medication, or a known condition are involved.
